Happy Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday!
The challenge is to use only patterned paper. No cardstock, plain paper, only patterned paper.
For quite some time I had this "bare" mermaid just waiting on the perfect time for altering. It was calling out, "Use me".
It took only a few pieces of the Echo Park SPLASH 6 x 6 pad to give this mermaid life:
After adhering her body together with torn and cut pieces of paper, one coat of watered down white gesso was applied. After drying, her curly locks were spritzed with gold Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. Her skin was given a coat of Pink Lady Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze. And, alternating Island Spring and Aloha Green Tattered Angels Glimmer Glazes on her scaley body I applied randomly a bit of the same product in Hawaiian Hibiscus. The charm was in my stash that is around her waist.
