Where Artists Create Blog Party

Just clicking through many of the other blogs participating in this hop it is obvious I am far..  no very distant... moons away from having a space I someday dream.  I am just your everyday Jane that has a small  space... a very small space in a room that also serves as a bedroom, my husband's computer space, and tv room.  Not many photos to share at all - I am a bit embarassed now that I have seen so many of the beautiful space of other.  Maybe next year my creative space will change.

Thanks for stopping!

Sassy!

I like how you have made such great use of your space. Please don't be embarrassed, at one time I only had a closet to work in. Your creations are beautiful no matter what size your creative space is. The important thing is that you DO create!

You are so organized! That's one of my problems. Doesn't matter how much space you have-mine's always crammed up & messy! Thanks for sharing cause I luv to see what others do.

I agree with Chrislyn. I think you've done a great job with the space that you have. I remember when I had to use the dining room table. Not so condusive to creativity. And you do some awesome work in that space!

I think your space is just fine Sassy. Not all of us have a fancy room that was just built for crafting. I also scrap in a bedroom with a bed for quest. You just have to organize and make do with what you have. I love your space. And it is pet friendly so I really love it ( saw sassy in one of your pics )

Sassy..your room is wonderful. You don't have to have the biggest craft room to be creative. For over 10 years I worked off of the wooden tv trays you get at Walmart..lol. To me it's all about being in an environment that is comforting to you & helps you get your creative juices flowing. I'm with Theresa..I would love to hang in your room and just create & gab with you...would be tons of fun : )

Ah remember, it's not the size of the space, but what you DO there that's important. I had to work on my dining room table just a few years ago and now I have the room of my dreams. I hope one day you get a room of your very own too!

You have got a great space for creating! It is a well organized and workable space and that's really more important then the fufu stuff!

I have a new little space this year too- just a closet but it was fun to fix up!

Oh please don't be embarrassed at all! You have a creative space...with all of your supplies there....so many don't even have that! it's all about how you look at it.

I think I need to get a shelf for my stamp collection too...I always have to pull out a storage box and dig to find just the right one I need to use on a certain project! but again...we make do with what we have. My studio space is also shared with my living room. it can be a challenge when it comes to tight spaces....but I simply work on the design and the colour scheme to bring everything together...and I find it blends seamlessly together. Hope you'll drop in to visit with me...this is my first year joining up with Karen's blog party. It's been a blast.

It may be small but it looks very organized! I have the same "blessed" print in my room!

Your place may be small, but look how organized and creative it is. I also have a tiny space to create in. Working with small spaces, we have to be inventive. I need a little more organization.

You should never ever knock your creative space if it is small, large, messy, or neat as pin, the important thing is that you have carved out a space that fits your needs to create. What a cozy place to dream! Thank you for sharing.

I think your space is perfect..... I am loving all the pictures of craft room and spaces that are in the process of being used! Mine is always a little bit chaotic and I love it! I will be back to see more of your creations!

Take care!

Sassy, please don't underestimate how special your room is or how grateful I am that you decided to share it with all of us. Not everyone has big fancy studio. Huge numbers of women have only a spare room to work with, and you have shown them all that they can make it work!!! It's a wonderful space. :)

Your space is certainly sassy and I have enjoyed the tour of all the studios!

Nothing at all to be ashamed of, I think most of us have small spaces tucked away in a bedroom, etc. . . you have organized your things well and you create beautifully, that is all that matters!

Thanks for sharing your space with us!
