The next challenge at Frosted Designs is Up, Up and Away. As you start to think of what all does just that there is quite a list. I went with bubbles. Bubble jar with the wand and lots and lots of bubbles.

The bubble jar and wand came from Silhouette America. Different sized circle punches along with bubbly paper make up the various sizes. The tag was embossed with the Stampin Up clouds. The wand was heat embossed three times with clear powder to give it a plastic look. The ribbon, plain and bubbly, were scraps on hand.
