The Perfect Sentiment Challenge - Die Cuts and Choice of Sentiment

The Perfect Sentiment Challenge is to use die cuts and your choice of sentiment.  Be sure the sentiment displays on the front of your card in order to qualify for the prize this week.

Not too long ago, my good friend, Heidi, sent me a surprise.  Penny Black - Mimi!  I knew I would save it to use for this challenge.  I love Penny Black.  For this card I used a stair-step fold. The flower on the third fold was made from three, different colored cupcake liners.  The die cuts used were the party favor and splats.
